Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and components that came with the product.
Proof of purchase may be required to process your request.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These may include personal care items and any product marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
We will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered the processing stage.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
